McLean High School teachers play professional development bingo, a friendly competition sponsored by the PTSA. Prizes include gift cards and an Apple watch! One of the bingo squares is to host or do a pineapple visit, which is an informal classroom observation. Teachers hang laminated pineapple signs outside their classroom door to invite their colleagues in so that we can create a culture of shared learning and collaboration.
